Copier Technician (Printer, MFP, POS) JAC

RESPONSIBILITIES
. To provide on-site service related activities at customer's premises, including but notlimited to:-
. Perform corrective maintenance work on Multi-Functional Printer (MFP).
. Perform on-site service repair/troubleshooting for both Hardware and Software on MFP.
. Update of all completed Service Jobs into CRM and clearing of Parts used in SAP system.
. Machine setup (including Printer Driver installation & Setup Scanning (Email/PC)) forcustomer's newly purchased MFP at customer's premises.
. Provide administrative support to the service team, i.e. report updating, collection ofpayment, ordering of service parts, and etc.
REQUIREMENTS
. Possess GCE 'N', 'O' Level, Diploma Holder or equivalent.
. 2 to 5 years of product management experience in copier including troubleshooting of equipment.
. Possess own vehicle
. Sound IT knowledge in software.
. Strong product technical knowledge in MFP, ECR/ POS.
