David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit an Flemish speaking Customer Support Representative for their office in Lisbon.  

Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Lisbon, Portugal 

Work model: on-site

Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls

• Investigate and resolved buyer, seller, customer, or creator issues, including order and logistics inquiries

• Reviewe reported cases within established turnaround times and quality standards

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues according to company protocols.
