Job Overview

We are looking for a Copy writer specialist specialized in outbound sales messaging. This role is focused on conversion-driven cold outreach, generating replies, qualified meetings, and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and optimize 3–7 step cold email sequences (initial outreach, follow-ups, nurturing, break-ups).
• Research buyer personas and ICPs to identify pain points, objections, and triggers.
• Build re-engagement campaigns to revive cold leads.
• Run A/B testing on subject lines, hooks, CTAs, and copy.
• Optimize for reply rate, qualified leads, and booked meetings.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, Jasper, etc.) for personalization and testing.
