Role Overview

We are looking for a
bilingual Creative Social Copywriter
with experience in the
beauty category
to develop social-first ideas and copy that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across platforms.

You will co-lead social campaign development and collaborate with strategy, design, motion, and production teams to deliver impactful content for
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, YouTube, Twitch, and Pinterest
.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept and develop social-first campaign ideas and content frameworks.
• Adapt ATL/360 campaigns into platform-native formats.
• Write high-performing social copy (hooks, captions, CTAs, scripts).
• Collaborate with creative teams and support paid social adaptations.
• Use insights and performance data to optimize content.
