Amazon XCM is seeking a Copywriter responsible for lifecycle engagement creative across EU marketing programmes. These programmes drive customer acquisition, category discovery, engagement and Prime member growth across EU marketplaces.

This role focuses on identifying the core creative idea and how that idea travels across the full funnel and across motion, social and digital channels. Lifecycle engagement programmes operate at high speed and require creative thinking that works natively in the environments where customers discover, consider and engage with Amazon.

You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Engagement Art Director on larger initiatives while also leading campaign thinking independently across multiple programmes. The successful candidate brings strong conceptual instincts and understands how creative ideas connect brand storytelling with measurable customer action.
