Marketing Support

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, website, and e-commerce platforms
• Schedule and publish approved content in line with the marketing calendar
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, creatives, influencers) for content requirements
• Support product launches, promos, PR seedings, and brand campaigns. Can do photo and video contents using Capcut for Real time postings.
• Help track and report basic marketing KPIs (reach, engagement, followers, web traffic)

Community Management

• Identify and manage target affiliates per brand category
• Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
• Escalate product- or medical-related concerns to the appropriate team
• Maintain a respectful, caring, and informative tone in all customer interactions
