Position Overview

As the Legal Specialist for the AI Robot Association (AIRoA), you will be responsible for a wide range of legal work that supports both organizational operations and large-scale projects. Your key responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing various agreements with member companies and research institutions, designing contract schemes, conducting legal reviews, developing internal regulations and guidelines, establishing rules for handling intellectual property and data, and providing legal confirmation related to contracts and reporting with public institutions such as NEDO.In addition, you will play a key role in building corporate governance appropriate for a general incorporated association, including supporting the operation of the Board of Directors and various committees, as well as handling risk management and compliance matters.
