• Lead end-to-end development, from system analysis and coding to testing and implementation.
• Enhance and support core banking applications on AS400/Silverlake to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver new features, system enhancements, and quarterly releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including L3 production support when required.
• Collaborate with business, QA, infrastructure, and vendor teams to drive successful project delivery.

Job Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience in RPG/RPGLE development on AS400/iSeries.
• Solid understanding of DB2, file structures, and queries.
• Exposure to banking modules such as Deposits, Loans, Payments, or Customer/BWCIF.
• Good knowledge of SDLC, testing practices, and change management.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
