Core Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage 5GC operation and maintenance documentation, including operation for daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Responsible to lead 5GC performance KPI dashboard presentation with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
• Participate in operation review panels and project meetings.
• Perform network capacity planning, design and analysis of 5GC core network.
• Monitor and tracking the 5GC performance index and KPI.
• Produce weekly & monthly report for call log ticketing and maintain 5GC network with SLA.
• Responsible to perform 1st and 2nd level of routine checking, supporting, analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving a wide variety of network issues using Network Monitoring System (NMS) tools.
• Extend technical support to customers through remote and on-site troubleshooting.
