Core Product Engineer

An opportunity has arisen within the Engineering department for a Ceramic Core Product Engineer, reporting to the Core Technical Manager. As the business grows and the department expands, this position is key to driving technical improvements in our ceramic cores, bringing in new and more challenging product, on time and at the right cost.



Job role:

Technical responsibility for a portfolio of new and existing Ceramic Cores:

+ Support production of high quality Ceramic Cores

+ Ensure the product and process area is always evolving in a state of continuous improvement, to allow our product to meet the challenges of the customers advanced designs and market differentiation.

+ Reduce product related scrap and rework through root cause analysis

+ Implement and maintain best practices through all engineering activities.
