About The Job
The Core Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing schedules, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining accurate records. Key duties include processing orders, preparing sales reports, liaising between sales, customers, and internal departments, and ensuring timely communication. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently to facilitate smooth sales operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with account based management system to ensure the delivery of numbers from the individual Team leader/ Freelancers accounts.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with field sales team for ensure clearing of aging stocks.
Maintain and update sales MIS, dashboards, and reports
Coordinate with marketing team for POSM availability and branding requirements
