Core Systems Support Lead (Start ASAP)

Description

The position is primarily responsible for maintaining the bank CORE system to support the financial and data quality reporting.

The position is also responsible for troubleshooting and configuration to support its processes and operation.

Responsibilities

A. Digital Systems Support

1. Maintains the bank CORE system to support the financial and data quality reporting.
2. Conducts troubleshooting and configuration of bank CORE systems to support the processes and operations.
3. Supports the implementation of security control for accessing the system and its data.
4. Communicates with bank units to provide the needed data to support the processes and operations.
5. Participates and supports bank project to upgrade the system and its features.
6. Keeps abreast of the current trend and best practices for bank system support and maintenance to adopt consistency and to improve efficiency.
