This role leads end-to-end client implementations on the Cornerstone platform, while also providing post-implementation/sustainment support, help desk services and ad hoc client assistance. The position coordinates closely with both the client and internal teams to deliver on-time outcomes, manage scope and ensure overall client satisfaction. This role will require subject matter expertise and will be looked upon as growth leader within the Business Strategic & IT Consulting Sector of the Federal Civilian Business Unit.
