About the role
As a Client Account Executive / Client Account Manager at E-Tech IT Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in managing and growing our client relationships. This full-time position, based in Shah Alam, Selangor, is responsible for providing exceptional pre- and post-sales support to our valued customers in the Information & Communication Technology industry.
What you'll be doing
Proactively manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your portfolio of accounts
Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
Provide timely and effective post-sales support, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and transactions
