Corporate Accountant

MARS Recruitment is teaming up with a financial services firm to recruit a Corporate Accountant to support a growing finance function.

Our client provides tailored funding solutions with a head office in the Sydney CBD and operations across Australia. Reporting to an experienced CFO and working closely with executive leaders, this role is end-to-end and suits a proactive accountant who wants broad exposure across financial, management and investment reporting in a complex, change-oriented environment.

The Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, statutory financial statements, and consolidated reporting packs.
• Oversee accounts payable, invoicing, and core general ledger functions including journals, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Manage BAS/GST lodgements and support broader tax compliance and return preparation.
