Corporate Accounting Manager

B.Grimm Solar Power Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to lead and manage the company’s corporate accounting, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance functions in support of the development, construction, acquisition, financing, and operations of utility-scale and commercial solar power projects in the Philippines.

The successful candidate must possess extensive experience in taxation and accounting within the renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or project development sectors, with strong familiarity in solar power project structures, EPC and O&M accounting, project SPVs, merger and acquisition transactions, BIR compliance and interfacing, financial reporting, audit management, and financial planning.
