Job Description
As a Corporate Actions Expert, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring efficient management of corporate actions across global positions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Monitoring Corporate Actions: Identify eligible global positions and follow up on events' announcements, forecasts, and deadlines.
Managing Election Processes: Interact with internal support functions, compile aggregated instructions, and ensure good receipt by agents/custodians.
Strict Follow-Up: Ensure proceeds/results at payment date and follow-up controls to avoid breaks in reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
Event Capture: Scrubbing and setting up corporate actions in operating systems (e.g., Picasso).
Notification: Timely notifications to relevant stakeholders.
Income/Mandatory Events Processing: Efficient handling of mandatory events.
Election Management (Voluntary): Manage voluntary event elections.
Bookings of Outcomes: Accurate bookings in general books and r...
