Background: State Street Corporate Actions consists of approximately 700 individuals with presence in 6 locations Globally carrying out an end to end Corporate Action process within both a custody and fund accounting and middle office environment.
Role Purpose: An excellent opportunity has arisen at the senior associate level within Corporate Actions which involves carrying out a high risk function within the operation. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for the management a team(s) performing day to day processing for Global clients, work close within Global Corporate actions Custody and Middle Office. This includes the execution of Corporate Actions Instructions, reconciliation and posting of client entitlements for Global markets.
