Job Description

Providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and maintain contact list
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide admin support to visitors and answer any inquiries from visitors
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
