Job Summary

The Corporate Governance Officer assist, controls, distributes, and archives all related incoming and outgoing correspondences as necessary, including but not limited to correspondences with internal and external authorities according to the Bank’s defined procedures and standards, translating letters to English and/or Arabic, and supporting the Corporate Affairs Team with required matters that may arise. In addition, the Corporate Governance Officer is responsible for maintaining the Bank’s shareholders’ information and database. The role extends to supporting the Head of Shareholder Relationship with shareholder enquiries, and with planning and organizing the Annual General Assembly Meeting (AGM) and/or the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).
