Job Description

  1. Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations, including monthly payroll processing, EPF (Employees Provident Fund), SOCSO (Social Security), and employee tax deductions and filings;
  2. Support local recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes;
  3. Assist the head office finance team with monthly account reconciliations, maintaining financial records, and supporting financial audits;
  4. Help prepare and update internal company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance;
  5. Support daily administrative tasks, such as office supplies management, contract and document filing, and company event assistance;
  6. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of HR, finance, and administrative processes;
  7. Undertake other HR, finance, or administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
