Charterhouse are working with a highly prestigious US Law Firm based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Our client is looking to hire a 2 3 PQE Corporate Associate who has experience advising on the full spectrum of Corporate matters including M&A, PE and Venture Capital.

The work will include advising on matters related to M&A, PE and VC.

About you
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will be England & Wales qualified lawyer with a minimum of two years of experience from a top US or a Magic Circle firm in either the UAE or in London.
