The Opportunity
You will work as part of a core corporate team advising on:
Cross-border corporate structuring and group transformation initiatives
Entity rationalisations and internal reorganisations
Corporate advisory work in connection with transactions, integrations and regulatory objectives
Designing and implementing multi-jurisdictional corporate frameworks
Drafting and coordinating documentation across jurisdictions
Managing timelines and collaborating with colleagues across offices
