We are looking to hire a mid-level to senior Singapore-qualified Associate (3–5 PQE) to join the Corporate & Commercial Team at CHP Law LLC.

The Corporate & Commercial team is a close-knit and dynamic team of commercially minded lawyers from diverse backgrounds, advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters and delivering pragmatic, commercially focused solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Singapore-qualified lawyer (3–5 PQE)
• Experience in corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
• Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills
• Experience in due diligence and familiarity with finance-related matters
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Client‑centric approach with a strong problem‑solving mindset
