Corporate Attorney

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: 4:00 AM – 1:00/2:00 PM PHT
Employment Type: Full-Time (initially Independent Contractor → Employee Transition)
Monthly Salary Range: ₱70,000 – ₱120,000 (depending on experience & fit)
This is not a back-office legal position.
This role exists to build, protect, and govern ASG Platform's legal foundation in the
Philippines as we establish and scale our local entity.
We are looking for a Corporate Attorney who thinks strategically, works with discipline, and treats law as a business advantage, not a checkbox.
