Mon to Fri, 9-6PM (OT depends on occasional volume fluctuation esp during April)

1. Check and ensure that all Singapore market corporate action events are processed correctly and promptly.

2. Ensure prompt notification to clients on voluntary corporate action events such as rights, dividend with options, expiry of warrants, tender, SG REITs and meetings etc.

3. Check that clients' instructions are executed accordingly.

4. Ensure that clients' entitlements are protected.

5. Handle clients' enquiries and provide timely responses.

6. Maintain high standard of service quality.

7. Assist to in peak season proxy processing.

Requirements:
- Min. diploma in relevant qualifications
- Able to commit to contract period, or longer
