Job Description:

Caterpillar is seeking an attorney supporting our digital, cybersecurity, information technology, data, and eCommerce businesses.

The role will engage with the engineering, technical, business, marketing, and legal teams to counsel and draft terms to manage risks in this complex area of the law. The role provides a wonderful opportunity to develop leadership and legal expertise on significant legal issues. The position will be located in Beijing China.
