Corporate Counsel

**In your new role you will:- Assist with the **preparation and review of documents **for various commercial arrangements, including sales/customer agreements, distribution and sales representative agreements, purchasing agreements, and licensing and development agreements.Broadly serve as a legal resource for the Company's business, sales and/or procurement teams.
- Assist with various types of **matters that are governed by Mexican law **, such as corporate, compliance, employment issues, local leases, and other contracts, and generally act as the company's lead Mexico lawyer.
- Respond promptly to **requests from internal clients, **and summarize and **communicate **legal risks **in a way that business people can understand that pragmatically balances risk with the Company's business objectives.
