Corporate Counsel (Mid-Level)

Position Summary TDK SensEI is seeking a mid-level Corporate Counsel based in Singapore to act as the primary in-house lawyer for the Singapore HQ and the first-line legal reviewer for regional subsidiaries including USA, China and Japan. This role will provide pragmatic legal support across commercial, corporate, and operational matters, with a strong focus on screening, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NDAs, commercial contracts, and related documentation. The ideal candidate will be business-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a solo in‑house role with no direct legal team the lawyer must be a self‑starter who works independently and owns legal outcomes for the Singapore HQ.
