Corporate Counsel

We are seeking an experienced, business-oriented Senior Corporate and Compliance Counsel to join our Legal and Compliance Team. This role is ideal for a mid-level attorney with several years of experience who can independently handle a broad range of corporate and compliance matters. This role involves working on a broad variety of Australian securities and corporate governance matters, as well as ensuring compliance with medical device and pharmaceutical regulations, serving both as a trusted business partner to the Commercial, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs teams and a transverse partner to the Finance and HR teams. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, balancing legal and compliance risks with business objectives, and providing practical, solutions-oriented guidance.
