Corporate Development Associate (Strategic Partnerships)

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or corporate development
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives
• Experience structuring or supporting negotiations for complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — you can write a crisp one-pager and present it to a C‑suite audience
• High degree of ownership and comfort with ambiguity; you drive processes forward without being told what to do next
• Genuine curiosity about real estate, technology, and how markets evolve
