Corporate Development Manager - Professional Services

We’re working with a fast-growing, private equity-backed professional services group that is looking to hire a Corporate Development Manager to support its ongoing buy-and-build strategy.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in the full deal lifecycle, including:

• Identifying and screening acquisition targets
• Supporting valuation, financial analysis and business case development
• Managing advisors and coordinating due diligence
• Assisting with deal execution through to completion

The role offers genuine end-to-end exposure rather than a narrow execution-only remit.

Candidate Profile

• 3–7+ years’ experience in corporate development, investment banking (M&A), or Corporate Finance
• Experience within or exposure to professional services, business services, financial services or related sectors preferred
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
