Corporate Development Manager

What you will do

In this role, you will provide practical and hands‑on support to strategic and key operational initiatives chosen by our management team as well as local and functional business leaders. You will typically be involved in several projects at the same time across our portfolio. We care only about real impact and operate a focused and highly structured value‑creation model centred around a market strategy and target operation model, a full potential plan and a defined value‑creation plan. The value‑creation plan is updated continuously and currently focuses on operational smartness, industry leadership and customer proximity. In the role, you will get significant exposure to senior business leaders, group business functions and local business unit management.
