Job Description

 
  Duties 
 Conduct business analysis and compile reports by gathering market information and internal data
 Draft quotation, proposal and contract upon receiving service enquiries
 Provide timely and professional response to customers’ requests
 Collect and provide data for analysis and feasibility study for new business opportunities
 Support the team in project / new service solution execution, process reengineering and other initiatives
 Assist in design of KPIs, SOP and scope of work for customers
 Follow up accounts’ payment status, update service charge and cost record
 Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
 
  Qualifications 
 Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics Management or related disciplines
 Preferable 2 – 3 years’ experience in air cargo, logistics, account servicing or related fields
