The Role
You’ll work on large-scale, sophisticated litigation across multiple jurisdictions, including:

• Managing complex matters in the Supreme Court, Federal Court and High Court, including cross-border disputes
• Handling a broad caseload spanning Corporations Act litigation, contractual disputes, construction matters and insolvency
• Exposure to high-value, multi-million dollar disputes

About You

• 4+ years’ PAE in commercial litigation / dispute resolution
• Open to Associate or Senior Associate Level
• Experience from a reputable specialist, mid-tier or top-tier firm
