Corporate Driver

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transportation & Delivery

• Safely transport employees, clients, and/or company materials to designated locations.

• Deliver and pick up documents, parcels, and supplies as scheduled.
• Support travel logistics for official trips (airport transfers, inter-office travel, etc.).

• Vehicle Care & Maintenance

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tire pressure, brakes, etc.).

• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Keep vehicles clean and in good running condition.

• Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate trip logs (mileage, destinations, fuel consumption, and travel time).

• Submit reports on vehicle status, incidents, and maintenance needs.
• Secure and file related documents (receipts, gate passes, delivery records).
