This leading national firm is now looking for a Lawyer or Associate to work alongside a top ranked corporate and resources Partner in Perth. This Partner is recognised as an outstanding mentor and has a friendly and engaging approach.

You will be primarily engaged in working closely with clients drawn from the energy and resources area on a full range of corporate and commercial matters. You will also have the opportunity to work with the national corporate team on matters based on the east coast.

Your matters will include:

• Public and private M&A in the energy and infrastructure assets, including takeovers and business/asset acquisitions and disposals
