Corporate Engagement, Events & Volunteer Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Corporate Engagement, Events & Volunteer Manager is responsible for designing and executing RiseBoro’s signature and cultivation events, as well as leading the organization’s year-round corporate and volunteer engagement strategies. This role turns mission-based programming into a structured corporate engagement platform by creating high-quality volunteer opportunities and events that attract, retain, and deepen relationships with current and prospective corporate partners. The position serves as a bridge between Advancement, Communications, and division programs. This position will help convert corporate participation into stronger sponsorship support, more competitive corporate grant applications, repeat employee engagement, and broader institutional partnerships.
