Corporate Finance Analyst

THE ROLE
The role delivers financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis for renewable energy projects while supporting fundraising, due diligence, and stakeholder negotiations. It also tracks market and policy shifts, evaluates new commercial opportunities, coordinates cross‑functional teams, and guides strategic decisions. Candidates need strong financial modelling skills.
Key Responsibilites
Project & Corporate Financial Analysis
Build, maintain, review and enhance detailed financial models for renewable energy projects, incorporating project finance structures, funding assumptions, sensitivities, and scenarios.
Prepare valuation analyses (DCF, precedent transactions, market benchmarks) for projects, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
Support the preparation of investment papers, board submissions, lender materials, and internal approvals.
