Description:
 : Our client is an expanding listed investment firm with sizable principal fund to support potential investment activities.
Provide full and comprehensive financial analysis support for all kinds of investment projects, including but not limited IPOs, M&A, fund raising, commercial transaction, etc.
Develop financial models with meaningful analysis as well as assess and evaluate the investment risks and perform due diligence
Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
 Requirement: : Bachelor degree or above in Financial Accounting or related discipline
2+ years' solid experience in Corporate Finance, preferable gained from FI industry or Big 4
