Corporate Finance Analyst

Responsibilities
• Identify and assess investment opportunities (M&A, JV, partnerships) through financial modelling, market research and competitive analysis
• Lead due diligence and provide investment recommendations backed by financial and business insights
• Support deal structuring and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive value-creation initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, advisors, and potential partners
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for decision-making by senior management
• Stay updated on market trends to identify new growth areas and strategic opportunities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in corporate finance, IB, strategy, tech or related fields
• Strong commercial acumen and financial modelling skills
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail
