Corporate Finance Executive

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To manage, coordinate and execute the Group's investor relations initiatives and support Corporate Finance activities.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

1. Support the Group's engagement with shareholders, analysts, and potential investors to enhance market confidence and visibility.
2. Prepare and coordinate investor materials for quarterly results, ad-hoc investors' briefings/meetings, and roadshows including Q&A preparation, logistics and follow-up actions.
3. Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, analyst coverage, and relevant industry developments to update internal stakeholders and management.
4. Collaborate closely with the Group's appointed IR consultants in planning and executing all IR strategies and activities, including but not limited to participation in investors conferences, roadshows, etc.
