Corporate Finance, Investor Relations & Treasury

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior finance leader to drive Corporate Finance strategy, support investor and stakeholder engagement, and oversee Treasury operations. This role will partner closely with the CFO, leadership team, Board, and external stakeholders to enable capital efficiency, long-term value creation, and financial governance.

Corporate Finance will be the primary focus, followed by Investor Relations, with Treasury oversight as the third pillar.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Finance (Primary Focus – ~50–55%)


Lead corporate finance strategy, including capital allocation, funding strategy, and long-term financial planning.
Drive business valuation, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI assessment for strategic initiatives.
Support M&A, divestments, JV evaluations, and inorganic growth opportunities including due diligence and deal structuring.
