Corporate Governance Events Specialist

We are seeking an experienced corporate event professional to lead and execute high-impact events for our Board of Directors, with the goal of elevating the director experience and strengthening engagement with management and employees. This role requires expertise in **corporate event planning** —not social events—with a focus on delivering polished, strategic, and high-visibility experiences. You will own the full lifecycle of event production, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate venues, travel, dining, décor, and communications, while ensuring every detail aligns with executive-level expectations.
On-site event management and direct support for directors will be critical to delivering seamless, well-executed events.
