Job Purpose

To lead and manage corporate HR functions including HR strategy, policy formulation, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR governance across manufacturing plants and corporate offices, in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Policy

• Develop and implement corporate HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Design, review, and standardize HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks across locations.
• Drive HR digitization and process improvement initiatives.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Oversee manpower planning for plants, R&D, sales, and corporate functions.
