Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training & development, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Lead organizational development and culture-building programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance to department heads and branch managers on HR-related matters.
- Design retention and engagement initiatives to maintain high employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
