Corporate HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training & development, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
• Lead organizational development and culture-building programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
