What You'll Do

• Provide onsite Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding processes (account setup, equipment provisioning)
• Manage helpdesk tickets via Jira ITSM, ensuring timely responses and SLA compliance
• Support endpoint management, software installations, and system updates
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with vendor procurement processes
• Document technical procedures and update knowledge base articles
