Corporate IT Consultant

Your day-to-day

• Support the Corporate IT team across multiple topics and learning areas
• Assist with Azure budget tracking and implementing cost-saving initiatives
• Monitor ticket quality and SLAs for both Cloud and Onsite providers
• Provide end-user support: floorwalking, VIP assistance, and general IT help in designated areas
• Offer ad-hoc video conference support for meetings and events
• Support Facilities Management (FM) in IT-related tasks, including business analysis, requirement gathering and formulation, testing and go-live support, and post-implementation aftercare

Your profile

• Technical skills: Minimum 1 year (and maximum 3 years) of relevant experience in a Corporate IT area with Microsoft Cloud
