What You'll Do

• Handle Tier-1 through Tier-3 technical requests across desktop, network, and server infrastructure
• Design and implement network solutions; manage helpdesk ticketing and SLA compliance
• Drive automation for system monitoring, security updates, and repetitive tasks
• Administer MDM platforms, endpoint management, and software deployment
• Implement DLP policies and maintain IT security and access controls
• Coordinate with vendors, support procurement, and generate monthly performance reports
