Corporate Law Associate – Equity

About the Role:
We are hiring a Corporate Law Associate – Equity & IR to support equity administration, cap table management, and shareholder communications for one or more venture-backed companies.
This is a structured, services-based role where you will be employed by us and deputed to a client. Note: This is not a direct employment role with the client and does not involve fundraising, valuation, or investment solicitation.
This role is ideal for candidates with exposure to corporate governance, share capital mechanics, and investor-facing operations who want to work closely with founders, legal counsel, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Equity Administration & Cap Table Management:
Maintain and update cap tables on a fully-diluted basis
Track share issuances, transfers, option grants, and convertible instruments (SAFE / Convertible Notes)
Reconcile cap table data with statutory registers and shareholder agreements
